1.What are your opening hours and where are you located ?
We have 2 stores in Auckland our locations and timings are as follows.

2.How do I Find the size of my tyre and what do the numbers mean ?
The tyre size information is generally molded in to the sidewall of the tyre for example 185/65R14 86H. This code specifies the dimensions of the tyre and some of its key limitations such as load bearing ability and maximum speed.
3. Are the prices shown on your website for one tyre or a full set of four ?
Prices is per tyre or per wheel and includes fitting balancing and GST. The tyre disposal is charged separately and will be shown to you in the checkout. The tyre disposal fee is managed by the government under the tyre stewardship program.
4. How much is Fitting ?
The prices on our website include fitting charges. If you have your own tyres you would like fitted to your vehicle you will need to contact your preferred store as fitting charges may vary.
5.What happens after I have completed payment online successfully ?
After you have placed an order with us you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase, if you have specified a time you would like to come we will contact you to confirm your appointment.
6.Where can I have my tyres fitted ?
We currently have 2 stores in Auckland you can have your tyres fitted. Simply choose your preferred fitting location in the checkout.
7.How do I track my order online ?
We recommend registering as a member for easier tracking of your order. To register as a member, create an account and follow the instructions. You can log in and check the status of your order via order history. If you are out of Auckland and your order is being shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the couriers website you can use to check status.
8.How long does fitting take normally ?
To give you an understanding of time we can usually fit and balance four tyres and carry out a wheel alignment in the space of 1 hour.
9.Can I choose to pickup my order in person ?
Of course, This would be ideal as our pricing on wheels and tyres includes fitting.
10.Can I change or cancel my order ?
Once an order has been accepted and payment has been made it cannot be changed. Depending on whether the order has been processed and shipped by the store, you will have to get in contact with us to apply for a credit.
11.What happens if im not at home to receive my purchased items ?
If you are not available to take delivery of your items it may be left in a safe place, Or a delivery card will be left in your mailbox to call for redelivery at your chosen time. If you order tyres to be delivered to your home address, for safety we urge customers to leave special instructions or be sure to schedule delivery for when you are home\

We ship Nationwide in New Zealand.
